Training Progress: Rising Stars
Throughout the summer, we witnessed incredible progress in our students’ taekwondo training. Even in the span of a week, improvements in the students were apparent. Some campers spent their entire summer with us and their dedication and hard work paid off as they mastered new techniques, improved their forms, and gained confidence. It was inspiring to see the transformation in their skills and confidence. We’re immensely proud of each and every one of them.
Beach Trips: Sun, Sand, and Smiles
One of the highlights of our summer camp was our weekly trips to Kelso beach. The sun, sand, and water provided the perfect backdrop for adventure and fun. Our campers built sandcastles, played sports, and had splashing wars! It was a time for students to relax, bond with friends, and play in the sun.
Record-Breaking Success: Our Most Popular Camp Ever
The summer of 2023 will go down in Kicks For Kids history as our most popular camp ever. We welcomed a record number of campers! The positive word-of-mouth, the trust of parents, and the dedication of our staff contributed to this milestone. We’re truly grateful for the overwhelming support.
Epic Full Day Monday Trips: Adventures Awaited
Our full-day Monday trips were nothing short of epic. We explored new destinations, from the sandy dunes of some of our local beaches, to thrilling indoor playgrounds and amazing water parks. Whether it was conquering water slides or uncovering the secrets of science, each trip was an adventure waiting to happen. We laughed, we learned, and we created memories that will last a lifetime.
Summer Finale Party: A Grand Celebration
To conclude our summer, we hosted a grand finale party that brought together campers on the final day on camp. The party was a carnival of laughter, games, and joy. A journey to our of our favourite local parks and a trip to the ice cream shop added to the festivities. It was the perfect way to celebrate the bonds we’ve forged and the memories we’ve created.
